Description
GovContract Scout screens the public Contract Opportunities extract against a company capability profile. It matches U.S. federal solicitation metadata by title keywords, NAICS codes, geography, and self-reported set-aside codes. Results explain the match and show gaps so a person can prioritize a detailed review. It does not certify eligibility, submit bids, contact buyers, store profiles, or take payment.

U.S. federal solicitation metadata from the public Contract Opportunities extract (build falextracts-20260930b). Read-only local query. No end-user account. No SAM.gov API key. Callers authenticate with an access key or bearer token. OAuth is not implemented. No payments. About 30 authenticated requests per minute per process. Title search is not full text. A missing extract, a stale extract (ingest-lag), and zero local matches are distinct. State, local, and private RFPs are out of scope. Results can be incomplete and are not an eligibility determination.

The submitter must be allowed to offer the name, the seal, and these pages, and must accept Muse’s own connector terms. Submission does not guarantee a directory listing.
