Who we are
GovContract Scout is published by Agent Structure LLC (AgentStructure.AI). The public product site is https://govcontractfinder.agentstructure.ai. The developer portal is https://agentstructure.ai. Privacy questions go to support@agentstructure.ai.
This website
govcontractfinder.agentstructure.ai is the public product site and the browser lookup at /ui/signals. It does not create accounts or accept payment.
The lookup form asks for an access key and a search phrase. You create that key at /ui/keys. It is not a SAM.gov key. This site does not use or store a SAM.gov API key. After a successful lookup, the access key is stored in an httpOnly session cookie so a browser assistant does not have to send it again. Page scripts cannot read that cookie. It is not put in the address bar or in application logs. A second httpOnly cookie holds a CSRF token for the form. Logging out at /ui/logout clears both. These are not analytics or advertising cookies.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use this site to train a model. The host that serves the site (Vercel) may keep ordinary infrastructure logs, such as IP address, user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp, for security and operations. We do not control that platform’s retention beyond what it publishes for hosted apps. Search phrases submitted on the lookup form are used in memory against the cached extract and are not written to an application database.
The Muse connector
When Muse, or another assistant that is allowed to call the connector, invokes find_qualified_rfps, the connector receives the arguments supplied for that call. Those arguments can include a title phrase, NAICS codes, state codes, keywords, set-aside codes you say you hold, and paging options. SAM registration is not an argument.
The connector uses those arguments in memory. This build has no account database, no profile store, no watchlist, and no application log of request bodies. It does not write the company profile to disk as part of normal operation. Do not put confidential proposal text, prices, controlled unclassified information, classified information, government-issued personal identifiers, or passwords into the profile or the prompt.
An operator review console, if one is deployed with the connector, keeps the connector access token in page memory for that visit only. It is not written to browser storage by the application.
What is read for a lookup
The server downloads and caches the public Contract Opportunities CSV at https://s3.amazonaws.com/falextracts/Contract%20Opportunities/datagov/ContractOpportunitiesFullCSV.csv. That request does not include an API key, a company profile, or a search phrase. Freshness is taken from Last-Modified or, if that header is absent, from x-amz-meta-lastmodifieddate. A missing or empty file, a stale file, and a query with no matching rows are reported separately. No notices are invented.
Keywords, profile NAICS codes used for ranking, and set-aside codes are applied in memory after the file is loaded. They are not sent as a company dossier. Official notice pages remain on SAM.gov. Notice text returned to the assistant is public solicitation metadata, plus the screening notes the connector computed.
Result links are limited to https://sam.gov pages. A link that could carry an API key is not used. Award amounts are not returned as budgets.
Muse and other platforms
Your prompts, and the decision to call this connector, are processed by the assistant platform you use. For Muse, that is Meta’s service, under Meta’s terms and privacy policy. Agent Structure LLC does not operate Muse and does not receive a copy of your Muse account.
The connector’s bearer token is an operator secret. It is not a personal account of the person asking the question. Do not paste it into a chat. There is no SAM.gov API key on this path.
Hosting of the connector service
When the API is deployed, the hosting provider may process infrastructure logs such as IP address, timestamp, status code, and request path. Those logs must not be configured to store the bearer token or request bodies. Agent Structure LLC is the operator. This website’s host is not, by itself, a separate connector host.
Retention
Support emails are kept long enough to answer the request and to keep a record of safety or security reports, then deleted or reduced when they are no longer needed for that purpose. The connector build described here does not retain search profiles. Infrastructure logs follow the host’s schedule.
Children
GovContract Scout is a business procurement tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent personal information to support@agentstructure.ai, write to us and we will delete it.
Your requests
If a privacy law gives you a right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold, or to appeal a refusal, email support@agentstructure.ai with the subject “GovContract Scout privacy.” We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it. We may need enough detail to find the email thread. We cannot retrieve a search that was never stored.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or another region with a supervisory authority, you may also complain to that authority.
Changes
If the connector starts storing profiles, adding accounts, or using a new category of data, this page will be updated and the effective date will change before that behavior is relied on in the Muse listing. The current effective date is September 30, 2026.
